Steve James directed/produced/co-edited HOOP DREAMS which won every major critics award, a Peabody and Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award and earned James the Directors Guild of America Award. James' STEVIE won awards at Sundance, Amsterdam, etc., and was on a dozen Top Ten Films of the Year lists. He co-directed/co-produced AT THE DEATH HOUSE DOOR, his 4th film shortlisted for an Academy Award.
